about Party Pucks Table Hockey Parties What areas do you serve? Toronto and the GTA. Pricing includes travel within 25 kilometres of Markham, Ontario. Additional travel charges may apply outside this radius. What is the best age for the Party Pucks Hockey Parties? Hockey fans, ages 8 to 99. If your child is younger than 8, we don’t mind doing parties for young kids as long as the MAJORITY of the party Guests are a variety of different OLDER ages. How much space is needed? We need floor space similar to that of a two car garage. Most back yards, front yards, driveways, garages etc. will work fine. If event is outdoors in a back yard or park, then a tent is set up with tables for the games. Can you set up inside? Yes, but usually an outdoor space offers more room and is preferable. However, this is not possible in the winter, so sufficient enough space as stated above must be available. What if it rains? Hopefully you have a plan B option like a 2 car garage, or large empty living room available. If needed, we can reschedule your party to another date at no additional charge. Does it matter how many people I invite to the party? Yes. Please let us know if you plan on having more than 15 party guests for Gold (numbers are open for Silver and Bronze). In this case, additional guests can be added at $10 per extra guest. How far in advance should I reserve a Party Pucks date? We usually recommend booking your party date at least one month in advance. I am ready to book a party date! What should I do next? Please send us an email at [email protected] so that we can check on party date availability. A $50 deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 10 business days in advance to avoid incurring loss of the deposit. |
